Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped by Fedex and will be delivered during business hours 8am - 5pm. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be present during these hours. If there is no one there to accept delivery, a card will be left by Fedex to re-arrange delivery. 

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming dispatch, including your FedEx tracking number.

 

Free Standard Delivery

Free Standard Delivery is available for all orders with a 2-3 day delivery time.

Returns

Your return period is 28 days from receipt of your order. If you are returning an order the items must be unused and in a resealable condition. If you would like to return an order, please visit our Returns Page.
